Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College Purchases New Campus

By Editorial Staff
TORONTO, Ontario - The Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) has purchased a new campus at 6100 Leslie Street in Toronto. CMCC took possession of the new premises on January 31, 2002, although it will be leasing it to the seller until July 2003, at which time the building will be prepared for occupancy in 2004.

"This is a very exciting new step for CMCC," said Dr. Jean Moss, president of the college. The students, staff, and faculty are counting down the days. The benefits of the new campus are obvious and many. Moving to the new building will once again bring us all together in a single location and will provide us with state-of-the-art facilities. Amenities of the new campus include: a cafeteria; swimming pool, double gymnasium, and ready access to mass transit, a community center; and a public library.

To prepare the facilities for CMCC's use, the college will be relaunching its Hands on the Future capital campaign this year.
