Largest Health Assoc. to Feature Chiropractic Topics

The American Public Health Association (APHA), the oldest, largest, and most influential public health association in the US, will hold its annual meeting in Washington, D.C. October 30-November 3, 1994. The meeting will be the largest public health gathering in the world, attended by as many as 12,000 leaders in national, state, local and international health.

Again this year, there will be chiropractic booths in the exhibit hall and chiropractic topics presented among the scientific and technical papers. There will be three full sessions dedicated to chiropractic topics this fall, including 16 papers contributed by several well-respected chiropractic authors and co-authors.

Over 850 DCs are now in the APHA, holding membership in the radiological Health Section and in the Chiropractic Forum (Special Interest Group). Chiropractic practitioners, educators, and students are urged to join and renew membership in APHA, and attend the annual meeting.
