The National Association of Chiropractic Attorneys (NACA) held its annual meeting in Savannah, Ga., in November 2022. NACA is comprised of attorneys who represent chiropractic associations, colleges, malpractice carriers, and groups. For the past 45 years, NACA has provided forum to address legal challenges and emerging legal and regulatory issues facing the chiropractic profession. This allows all chiropractic groups and associations to share in the collective experience of all other states.

- Chiropractic doctors bringing collection suits under the CARES and Family Trust acts for COVID-related billing

NACA also inaugurated a new annual award for a lifetime of service to the chiropractic profession. It is named the Paul W. Lambert Award. Paul Lambert has served as the president of NACA for 40 years and has served the chiropractic profession for more than 45 years. The first NACA award reads:
"To Paul and Sandy Lambert for a lifetime of service to the chiropractic profession, providers, leadership, advice, support, and pioneering ideas that advanced chiropractic first in Florida and then the nation. This includes over 40 years as the President and a co-founder of the National Association of Chiropractic Attorneys, pioneering chiropractic doctors as portal of entry physicians, insurance equality, and licensing of chiropractic assistants."
The NACA attorneys meet every year in service to chiropractic organizations, working to find effective solutions to the latest legal challenges facing the profession.
