Chiropractic Responds to the "AMA Challenge Research Challenge"

In the April 23, 1993 issue of Dynamic Chiropractic, the call went out to the profession to match the $300,000 "donation" the AMA made to chiropractic research when 12 chiropractic colleges donated their share of the AMA settlement of the Wilk suit to the Consortium for Chiropractic Research (CCR). The CCR agreed to use the settlement money in somatovisceral research of chiropractic's effectiveness.

The response from the chiropractic profession has already been tremendous. We would like to acknowledge the generously of those DCs around the country who have contributed to the "AMA Challenge."
