Parker Announces Executive Director of Parker Professional

Parker University recently announced the appointment of Dr. Mark Mandell as executive director of Parker Professional.

Dr. Mandell will oversee Parker Seminars, Parker SHARE Products and Parker Knowledge, including continuing-education courses and other education opportunities.

A third-generation doctor of chiropractic who graduated from National Chiropractic College and practiced for seven years at his family's clinic in Metuchen, N.J., Dr. Mandell's résumé includes prior positions with Foot Levelers (director of business development), The Vital Health Depot (president and CEO) and BrainStorm Group (president and founder).

"We're excited to welcome Mark to Parker," said Dr. Brian McAulay, president of Parker University. "As a chiropractor and someone who also has significant experience in business development, professional education, seminars, and sales, he's going to play an important role as we continue to support chiropractors and other health and wellness professionals."


Athletic TIPS Program Getting Financial Support

Standard Process and Foot Levelers have taken the lead in supporting the Athletic Towards Injury Prevention in Sports (TIPS) certification program, with Foot Levelers pledging to help financially support all of the TIPS certification seminars in 2014, and Standard Process pledging $50,000 to do the same. ANJC Award Recipients Named

The Association of New Jersey Chiropractors (ANJC) has announced its annual award recipients. The 11 honorees for 2013 include Dr. Donald DeFabio (DC of the Year), Dr. William Cirino (Lifetime Achievement) and Dr. Brett Wartenberg (Board Service).
