In the March 26, 1993 issue, we published "Therapeutic Exercise in the Chiropractic Practice, Part I by Michael Thille, DC, DABCO. The photo for that article, although labeled Michael Thille, DC, was in fact a picture of Tilden Sokoloff, DC.
Dr. Sokoloff's article "Chiropractic Physicians and the Evolving HMO System" appeared in the same issue in the California and Southeast Forums.
Our apologies to Drs. Thille and Sokoloff for our identity crisis.
