If you are a DC, your unique user ID and password can be found on the bottom of the front page of this issue. Use your user-assigned user ID and password information to enter ChiroMall; once you do, you will be asked to change your user ID and password. This provides an additional layer of security for your information and allows you to make purchases for your practice in confidence.
