- Dr. Evalie Heath, a Life University graduate practicing in Bulwayo, Zimbabwe since 1991. In a country that is currently in political and financial turmoil, Dr. Heath is also active in several community projects, including a woman's shelter co-founded by her.
- Dr. Eno Sefar-Tawiah, a 1999 graduate of the University of Bridgeport who returned to her homeland of Ghana six months ago, and is now practicing near Accra. Previously trained as a nurse practitioner and midwife in the U.K. and New York, Dr. Sefar-Tawiah was offered a university professorship in nursing when she indicated her intention to return to Ghana, but refused on the grounds that her goal was to bring chiropractic care to her fellow citizens.
- Dr. Charles Sebwana, a 1997 graduate of the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic in the UK, who practiced for two years in the UK before returning to Uganda, where he provides chiropractic services both privately and at the Mulago Hospital in Kampala.
"These are some of the finest pioneers in the chiropractic profession today," said Dr. Chris Neethling of South Africa, the WFC Council member for the African region. "They were given a standing ovation at the WFC Assembly, and we are all indebted to Back Talk Systems and Dr. Rob Jackson for making their attendance possible."
