Western States Announces New Degree Program
As of April 2012, the University of Western States will be offering a Master of Science in Nutrition and Functional Medicine.
Developed in collaboration with the Institute for Functional Medicine, the master's program consists of 50 quarter credits of graduate coursework (33 semester credits) and, according to Western States, is distinctive in that it "integrates standard clinical nutrition subject material with the systems biology approach of functional medicine."
FCP Acknowledges Top Two Corporate Sponsors
Foot Levelers, Inc., and Standard Process were recently recognized by the Foundation for Chiropractic Progress as the foundation's top corporate sponsors. Thus far, Foot Levelers' total contributions exceed $1.24 million, while Standard Process has donated nearly $570,000 to the cause.
