Invest in Yourself at The National

By Debra Brown Hagan

Each year in Orlando, Fla., thousands of chiropractors, CCPAs, CAs, LMTs and other industry professionals unite at the premier meeting place for chiropractic: The National by Florida Chiropractic Association.

With more than 5,000 industry professionals in attendance, the synergy of industry and education creates a motivating atmosphere. Offering the most variety, highest quality education, latest industry research, networking opportunities and 430-booth expo with the newest products, attendees can find all they need in one place.

Expert Training

Over four days, attendees can create a customized learning experience, choosing from intimate breakout sessions and large-panel learning. The focus on national industry issues and solutions continues this year. Key topics include:

  • The Active Female
  • Clinical Benefits of Proper Sleep
  • The Relationship Between Chronic Pain & Addiction
  • Tomorrow's Technology With Today's Chiropractic
  • Chiropractic Care for Veterans
  • Cutting-Edge Research Reveal

The National also offers concentrated tracks and diplomates to help practitioners grow their practice and serve patients. Tracks include Sports, Pediatrics, Technology in Chiropractic, Technique, Newly Licensed DCs, Students, Mobile Chiropractic, and all Florida- and Georgia-required subjects. These are all included with the registration fee. Diplomates include DABCI, DACBN, DACNB and require additional fees.

Focus on Neurology: Stand out in your community with the opportunity to earn six hours toward a neurology diplomate (ACNB / ACFN).

Take Nutrition to Another Level: Offer patients more with a nutrition (ACBN) diplomate. Accrue hours toward this specialty and become the nutrition authority in your community.

The Primary Care Chiropractor: Get patients well with an internal medicine diplomate (DABCI) using labs and other functional medicine testing. The National offers a complimentary opportunity to earn 12 hours (one module) toward a DABCI. Once you earn a DABCI diplomate, you are eligible to sit for the nutrition diplomate (ACBN). All 300 DABCI hours are applicable toward the ACBN diplomate.

Hands-On Training: Attend a six-hour hands-on training and technique seminar with Dr. Mitch Mally on shoulder conditions, injuries and syndromes. Invest in yourself and become an extremity expert.

Business and Success Track: Grow your business with a track dedicated to topics such as leadership, social media, marketing and more.

Student / New DC Track: For students and new DCs, take advantage of complimentary tracks available just for you including a Young DC series, "I Started My Practice ... Now What?" Learn from professionals with years of firsthand experience and get ahead.

Leading these conversations will be more than 80 internationally distinguished speakers including Drs.
