In attendance were SCMC charter members Dr. Richard Vincent, president; Dr. Charles Gibson, vice president; Dr. Larry Markson, secretary/treasurer; Dr. David Kats; Mr. Brian Koslow; Dr. Charles Ward; Dr. William Harris; Ms. Carla Vincent; Ms. Shelley Hoffman; and Mr. David Shuffler. Dr. Noel Lloyd was unable to attend.
The membership committee conducted interviews of candidates for membership, and recommended that the general membership accept as new members, Mr. Jerry Campbell, Mr. Howard Ross, and Dr. Andrew Oslander.
It is the purpose of the SCMC to establish standards of conduct for its members which will sustain and merit the status of a professional chiropractic consultant, and within its ability, to influence chiropractors to abide by such conduct.
Further, it is their purpose to advance the profession of chiropractic through sharing management information and techniques, improving individual skills, and assuring the availability of ethical, competent, chiropractic and professional business management concepts and procedures.
The members of the SCMC are dedicated to teaching standards of superior performance within all ethical, legal, and moral guidelines set forth by the profession.
