As 2017 comes to a close and we take a moment to reflect on the year, one of the biggest highlights that comes to mind is The National, which has quietly become the largest CE event with the biggest vendor exposition worldwide.
The Education
Over the course of four days, you and 3,500 colleagues and staff can immerse yourself in everything chiropractic. The National offers everything: nutrition, technique, taping, neurology, pediatrics, primary care, acupuncture, laser, and research trends. You have the opportunity to choose from 150 CE credits and learn from 90 distinguished panelists and speakers. You can enjoy a variety of CE options including rapid-fire panels or small, intimate classes, technique workshops, and business success seminars. Take advantage of extra certifications including DABCI, ACBN and more, allowing you to offer specialized services to your patients.
The National also serves as a forum to discuss the latest nationwide chiropractic news. Relevant topic discussions in 2017 focused on the role of chiropractic in the opioid crisis; integration of chiropractic care into mainstream health care; audit proofing the practice; triaging athletes with health care professionals; women's health; and how to attract new patients. Needless to say, no DC will be at a loss for something that will engage and provide value.
For DCs who would like to build their practice and develop their team, CCPAs, LMTs and X-ray techs can all earn certification hours for attending. CAs can earn a certificate when attending the Ultimate CA Training and interact with peers to learn better procedures and more effective marketing, resulting in higher productivity in your practice.
The Expo
Another big benefit The National offers is the world's largest chiropractic expo. The Location
While the education and expo are critical to the success of The National, its location in beautiful and sunny Orlando, Fla., is a definite added perk!
