October 7th, 2020, New York, NY, for Immediate Release: The premiere of Backbone, a 9-episode health and wellness docuseries, produced by Working Pictures, will launch on November 9, 2020 and be available at BackboneSeries.com.
Join former Recon Marine, USAF Pararescueman and Silver-Star Recipient, Roger Sparks, on his transformative journey to find healing, inspiration, and empowerment. The docuseries follows Sparks as he travels 18,000 miles across 19 states, in just 9 weeks, in search of hope and healing—not just for himself, but for anyone who wants to unearth the secrets of optimal health.
Through the eyes of Sparks, and the many doctors of chiropractic, health professionals, elite athletes, and the Special Forces veterans that he connects with, we see that optimal health is about so much more than ourselves.
“As we traveled the country, we made a lot of friends and a lot of connections, chiropractors, holistic health professionals, and combat veterans. We found that health is a combination of balance, service, and discomfort. It’s the way that we help others and it’s the way that we help ourselves. We have the responsibility and the power to change and make ourselves and our world a better place,” says Roger Sparks.
The movie is produced by Working Pictures, who was thrilled to bring Sparks’ idea to life as the world heals from a health crisis.
“We are honored to be presenting this groundbreaking docuseries to the world because we truly believe it will change the lives of every single person who watches,” says Bobby Sheehan, Producer and Director of Working Pictures.
