Foot Levelers Australia Celebrates First Anniversary

ROANOKE, Virginia — Foot Levelers is celebrating its first anniversary directly serving Australia and now offers its complete product line in the country, which is the third largest Chiropractic community in the world. Foot Levelers began directly serving Chiropractors in Australia in May 2014, at the time offering only functional orthotics.

In the year since, Foot Levelers has hired two full-time employees in Australia and has expanded its product offering to all products: pillows, rehab, shoes, and flip-flops included. Foot Levelers recently introduced its highly popular Seabreeze^TM and Midnight Breeze^TM custom orthotic flip-flops to female Chiropractic patients in Australia.

In addition to the introduction of new products, Foot Levelers has hosted several webinars and seminars over the last year - conducted by some of the top Chiropractic leaders, including Dr. Mark Charrette, Dr. Brian Jensen, and Dr. Jon Mulholland. Dr. Jensen traveled Australia in March to discuss Stress, Structure, and Neurology in Sydney, Adelaide, Gold Coast and Melbourne. In October, Dr. Mulholland is conducting workshops in Sydney, Adelaide and Perth.

Foot Levelers is hosting its next Australian webinar on May 27^th. Approved by the Chiropractors’ Association of Australia as a Certified Formal Learning Activity Hours Webinar and hosted by Dr. Andy Hsu, the webinar focuses on the feet and the vital role they play in properly assessing and treating biomechanical dysfunction.

With the new direction came a visitor to Foot Levelers. In early May, Foot Levelers welcomed Dr. Kon Halkias of Melbourne, Australia to company headquarters in Virginia. Dr. Halkias received a tour of the Foot Levelers facility, including the laboratory. He also met with several members of the Foot Levelers team to discuss the Australian Chiropractic profession and how Foot Levelers can best help the community grow.
