  1. I have submitted a signed user agreement, what is the next step?
    Within 48 hours of the user agreement being signed and submitted to MPA Media, the authorized signer will receive a welcome e-mail at the e-mail address provided on the form. Once this e-mail is received, simply click on the link provided and you will be walked through the password selection process. After that, anytime you would like to log in to place an order or review a possible order, simply go to https://mailinglists.mpamedia.com/members/login.php and log in using your e-mail address and the password you selected.

  2. I did not receive log-in information. What should I do?
    First, please check your spam and junk mail folders. The "From" address is admin@mpamedia.com and the "Subject" field reads: "Welcome to MPA Media On-Demand List Rental Program." If you still did not receive the e-mail, Please add admin@mpamedia.com to your email client whitelist/safe-list to avoid "reset password" email from being deliver to your spam folder or blocked. Please try to reset your password again after adding to your whitelist/safe-list. If you are still experiencing difficulties please contact your client support associate at 714-350-7744.

  3. How long is the login link on the welcome e-mail valid?
    The link never expires as long as it is not used. However, if the link is clicked on and used, it is no longer valid for re-use.

  4. What is the difference between registering and login once the agreement has been submitted?
    If you have already submitted your user agreement, you should receive a link that will direct you to the login link, which allows you to enter your e-mail address (your username) and select a password. If you have not already submitted a user agreement and would like to request an order from us, you may use the "register" option to input your information and your order request. You will then be contacted by a member of our advertising staff and be sent a user agreement, which you will return to us and then receive login information to place future orders.

  5. Can we have multiple-user contacts?
    Each account to have up to 8 authorized users; however, only the primary contact (an authorized signer) may receive login information.

  6. What is the difference between the primary contact and the additional authorized users?
    The primary contact is the company's authorized signer. This contact will receive a user name and password once an agreement has been signed and returned to MPA Media. Additional contacts may be assigned to the account for ordering purposes; however, they will not receive their own login and password.

  7. How long do I have to use my rented list?
    You have 60 days for your initial purchase date to use your list and have it guaranteed with 96% accuracy.

  8. What if I don't use my list within the 60-day time frame?
    We recommend that you utilize the mailing list as soon after your download to ensure the highest degree of accuracy. We guarantee our lists to be 96% accurate when mailed to within 60 days of rental. Because we continuously update our database, if a rented list is mailed to after 60 days, accuracy is not guaranteed.

  9. How long do I have to download my list?
    The link for downloading your list will remain active for 7 days. After the 7 days, you will be able to see the details of your order and duplicate the order, but you will not be able to download that specific list again.

  10. What is the difference between an Excel file and a CSV file?
    CSV (Comma Separated Values) is a common file format that includes all On-Demand data, with each field of data separated by a comma and each address on a different line of text. This file format can be imported into several applications or systems, including Microsoft Excel and various database platforms.

    A Microsoft Excel file is similar to a CSV file, except it is specifically formatted to open in only Microsoft Excel. Each field of On-Demand data will be visible in its own column on an Excel spreadsheet.

  11. I have a MAC. Can I still download my mailing list?
    Yes.
